Our Energy and Utility Practice Group is an acknowledged leader in the practice of rapidly-changing utility and administrative law. • Advising cities and property owners and negotiate agreements on various telecommunications matters, including zoning and siting of communications facilities
• Supporting municipalities in their roles as regulators and franchising authorities
• Representing municipalities in rate cases and cost review proceedings relating to electric and natural gas utilities
• Assisting municipalities with natural gas distribution system rate ordinances
• Representing municipal governments and private utility companies concerning retail utility service areas and wholesale utility rates, contracts, and services
