Associates

Kathryn B. Thiel

Kathryn is the newest member of the Firm’s Water and Districts Practice Groups. Her client work focuses primarily on providing general counsel services, including the governance, organization and operation of regional utilities, water districts, and other local government entities. She also assists clients with permitting, compliance, and enforcement issues, including open meeting requirements, public information requests, and water quality matters.  

Kathryn received her B.A. at The University of Texas at Austin and earned her J.D. at George Mason University Law School in Arlington, Virginia.

Danielle B. Lam

Danielle is the newest member of the Firm’s Water and Districts Practice Groups. She assists clients with matters relating to certificates of convenience and necessity, water supply, water quality, and water rights, in addition to providing general counsel services.

Danielle received her B.A. at the University of Texas at Austin and earned her J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center.
