Lisa Silveira is a member of the Firm’s Districts and Water Practice Group, where she assists clients with the governance, organization, and operation of local government entities, including water districts and utilities. Her practice also includes advising clients on regulatory compliance matters, such as the Texas Open Meetings Act and Public Information Act.

During law school, Lisa served as President of both the Association for Public Interest Law and the Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law Society. She also held leadership roles in If/When/How, the Student Bar Association, and the SMU Science and Technology Law Review.

Before joining the Firm, Lisa clerked at Lloyd Gosselink and served as a legal extern with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Office of Legal Services.
