Associates

Gabrielle C. Smith

Gabrielle has joined the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts. She provides guidance to clients as they navigate through the steps of the process at both the trial and appellate levels. Gabrielle also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, exploring options through both pre-litigation and litigation routes. She works to determine assessment of risk, potential outcomes, and cost-efficient solutions.

Gabrielle received her doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.

Sarah T. Glaser

Sarah has joined the Firm’s Employment Law and Litigation Practice Groups. She represents employers in all aspects of employment, including hiring, administration of leave programs, performance counseling, workplace safety, and the many issues that may arise as a result of the termination of an employment relationship.

Sarah received her doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Washington University in Saint Louis.

Samuel L. Ballard

Sam has joined the Firm’s Air & Waste and Compliance & Enforcement Practice Groups. He assists clients with matters involving air permitting and enforcement; solid waste management permitting and enforcement; environmental due diligence in real estate transactions; and Innovative Technology Evaluation Applications concerning Best Management Practices.

Sam received his doctor of jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.
