Jacqueline represents a variety of local government entities, including water districts and utilities. As a member of the Water and Districts Practice Groups, she assists in the governance, organization, and operation of such entities. She also handles an assortment of permitting and regulatory compliance issues related to water quality matters.
Prior to joining Lloyd Gosselink, Jacqueline was a professional classical pianist, performing, teaching, directing, and consulting for orchestras. She got her B.M. in Piano Performance from the Butler School of Music at University of Texas at Austin and went right across the street to get her law degree a few years later at the University of Texas School of Law.
