As a member of the Energy and Utility Practice Group, Roslyn’s practice focuses on administrative law in the area of public utility regulation. Roslyn represents utilities and municipalities in proceedings before the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Roslyn worked as an Enforcement attorney in the Litigation Division at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, where she pursued violations of administrative rules and regulations on behalf of the Executive Director. Her caseload encompassed a wide variety of environmental media, including public water systems, municipal solid waste, water quality permitting, and petroleum storage tanks.
