TWCA Dedicates Annual Convention to Robin Lloyd

We are pleased to announce that the Texas Water Conservation Association (TWCA) dedicated its 2017 Annual Convention to our co-founder, Robert (Robin) Lloyd. For many decades, Robin served as a TWCA Board Member and its President from 2003-2004. Through his work with TWCA, Robin has been a leader and mentor to water professionals throughout the State of Texas, and his efforts laid the foundation for our Firm’s continuing support of and commitment to the important work of TWCA now and for many years to come.
