Daniel is a member of the Firm's Energy and Utility Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on representing clients before regulatory agencies in proceedings involving electric power and natural gas utilities. Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006 and went on to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Daniel served as a staff and comment editor for the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal where he regularly researched and edited articles regarding administrative and regulatory issues. His published comment in the journal addressed Texas' deregulated energy market and was selected as the volume's outstanding comment by the journal's editorial board. Daniel is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas.
