Alex is a member of the Firm’s Business Services and Corporate & Real Estate Practice Groups. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and real estate transactions where he assists businesses in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real property, as well as business formations, mergers & acquisitions, and various other business transactions. Alex received a joint Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from St. Edward’s University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, he was a judicial intern for The Honorable Sam Sparks of the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, Austin Division and served as a law clerk in the legal department of IMG World. Alex is originally from Austin, Texas.
