Since being founded as one of the first environmental law firms in Texas, Lloyd Gosselink has evolved to develop new areas of expertise to meet our clients’ changing and growing demands. From our original core practice groups in environmental and utility law, the Firm has grown practices in governmental relations, carbon management and climate change, business transactions, commercial litigation, and employment law. Experience
The Firm’s attorneys have extensive experience in representing clients before the Texas Legislature, state and federal agencies and courts, and municipal governments. Prior to joining Lloyd Gosselink, members of the Firm were employed in staff and management positions with municipal governments, the Texas Attorney General’s Office, the Texas Legislature, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and several of its predecessor agencies, the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC), the Office of Public Utility Counsel, and engineering and consulting companies. Our attorneys interact daily with agency commissioners and their staff, as well as with clients and their technical consultants, and actively participate on behalf of our clients in the legislative and agency rulemaking processes to ensure their interests are represented.
