Transaction Practice Group attorneys are skilled in handling complex commercial real estate transactions from the purchase of raw land through the development, leasing, operating and divestiture of property and are able to provide assistance with complicated business transactions. In doing this we:
- Represent clients in the purchase, sale and development of commercial real estate, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title documents and surveys, and preparing development agreements, easements agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements

- Represent developers in negotiation and drafting of architectural, engineering, and construction contracts
- Represent owners in the operations and management of commercial properties
- Represent landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including ground, office, and retail leases
- Represent commercial landlords and tenants in lease enforcement and collection matters
- Render title opinions on commercial and residential real property
- Develop condominium regimes for single-use and mixed-use development
- Represent condemning authorities in eminent domain actions for the acquisition of real property
