Districts

Our Districts Practice Group focuses on the creation and operation of conservation and reclamation districts, including water control and improvement districts, municipal utility districts, and other special law districts designed to facilitate the construction of water, wastewater and drainage infrastructure.

This practice group provides clients with assistance in:
