Randall Glenn heads the firm's Transactions Practice Group and his practice focuses on representing diverse public and private businesses and individuals in commercial and residential real estate matters, general corporate matters and business transactions. Mr. Glenn has represented clients in the senior housing industry in transactions and financing in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Glenn has also represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate and has represented landlords and tenants with respect to commercial leasing matters, including enforcement. Mr. Glenn has also represented clients in connection with such diverse matters as choice, formation and dissolution of legal entities, buy-sell agreements, franchise agreements, license agreements, service agreements and trademark issues. Mr. Glenn is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Real Estate Council of Austin and the Texas Health Care Association Legal Advisory Committee.
