Amy Emerson practices in the areas of litigation, employment, and water law. As a member of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, she assists clients in avoiding controversies, where possible, and resolving disputes, where necessary, as expeditiously and effectively as possible through representation at negotiated mediations and before arbitration tribunals and state and federal courts. As a member of the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group, Amy assists clients by reviewing employment policies and practices for legal compliance. Amy is also a member of the Water Practice Group and assists clients with matters related to water supply and water quality. Amy received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007 where she served as a member of the Texas Environmental Law Journal. In 2003, Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and communication from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Amy is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
