Jason T. Hill is a member of the Firm’s Water Practice Group. Jason represents water districts, water utilities, municipalities and private landowners in water rights, regulation and service issues. A native of Shallowater, Texas, Jason received a B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1997, and later earned a J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2004. He previously worked in the Texas Senate, where he served as a Legislative Assistant on agriculture and natural resource issues to Senator Robert L. Duncan. In addition, he has written on water law issues for the Texas Environmental Law Journal. Jason was admitted to the Texas bar in 2004. He is a member of the Environmental & Natural Resources Law section of the State Bar, where he serves as the Baylor Law School liaison for the Law School Committee.  He is also a member of the Austin Bar Association and the Austin Young Lawyers Association.
