Jeff’s practice focuses primarily on air and solid waste permitting and compliance, real estate due diligence and general administrative law issues. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was a registered professional engineer practicing in and around Austin, where he spent 10 years assisting clients in the design and approval of land development projects, including subdivisions and mixed use developments. He also proposed and designed improvements to water systems that were under enforcement by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and testified as an expert witness for clients in cases involving water system enforcement. He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Jeff received his doctor of jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
