Kristen Doyle is a member of the Utility Practice Group. Kristen’s practice focuses on representing political subdivisions before regulatory agencies in proceedings involving electric and natural gas utilities. She also has extensive experience in electric aggregation development, contract negotiations and administrative and appellate litigation. Prior to joining Lloyd Gosselink in 2000, she served as Assistant Public Counsel for the Office of Public Utility Counsel in Texas for three years. Kristen grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. She earned a B.S. magna cum laude in 1993 from the Indiana University-Bloomington School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She received a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996. Kristen has been named a Super Lawyers Texas Rising Star for 2004 and 2005. Considered among the best in their profession, Rising Stars represent the top 2.5% of the up and coming lawyers who are 40 years of age and under or who have practiced law 10 years or less in Texas.
