Co-founding Partner and Managing Principal, Robin Lloyd has been involved in all aspects of environmental law during the course of his career. He has represented numerous regional water and wastewater utilities, municipalities, local governments, and corporations before the TCEQ (and predecessors), TWDB, EPA, and the Texas Legislature. Currently, he focuses primarily on water and development-related issues, including water rights. Robin is Past President of the Texas Water Conservation Association, and has served as Chair of its Water Laws Committee. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts. He is Past President of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Robin was born in Kilgore, Texas. He received a B.A. in 1965 from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1968.
