Eileen McPhee is a member of the Firm’s Utility Practice Group.  Eileen‘s practice focuses on administrative litigation. She has experience advocating on behalf of cities, small governmental bodies and other clients before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Texas Attorney General’s office, and the State Office of Administrative Hearings.  Eileen’s prior experience as a legislative aide enables her to effectively track legislation on behalf of her clients.
